Subject to these Terms, CompareX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of CompareX, sell or lease access to the Service, or use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
All intellectual property related to CompareX, including the AI models, designs, logos, and software, remains the exclusive property of CompareX.

CompareX reserves the right to monitor use and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We do not sell your data or use documents to train models.

EEA, UK, and Swiss Users: We process your data under GDPR lawful bases. Data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction subject to Standard Contractual Clauses.

All uploaded documents and resulting comparisons are treated as confidential and are not used for any purpose other than delivering the Service. You retain ownership of your documents.
We employ industry-standard encryption and access controls. Uploaded documents are deleted automatically after the configured retention period unless otherwise agreed.
We retain account-related data for as long as required to provide the Service, meet legal and contractual obligations, and resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

The outputs produced by CompareX are generated via artificial intelligence and automated analysis. No human legal review is conducted unless explicitly stated. Users must validate the accuracy and legal suitability of all outputs before acting on them.

CompareX is a paid service. Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renewed unless cancelled. Legacy annual plans continue at their existing terms.
Due to infrastructure costs such as compute for document processing, no refunds are offered after use begins.
We may revise pricing with 30 days' notice. New pricing applies upon renewal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Vienna, Austria, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
